Position: Production Scheduling Associate Location: Cary, Illinois

Our precision magnetic components support industries including telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We are seeking a Production Planning Associate to join our Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, you'll help ensure production schedules, inventory, and planning systems work together to support on-time customer delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Compile and analyze reports to ensure raw material inventory meets production requirements
• Review production systems and identify non-standard occurrences
• Maintain planning data and operating system databases
• Compare finished goods inventory and work-in-process against production requirements
• Review production schedules to support on-time customer delivery
• Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and other departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 1–2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or related manufacturing role
• Manufacturing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with MRP systems
• SQL query writing
• Production scheduling or inventory analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
