Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures following safety and quality standards.

• Operate radiology equipment, maintaining calibration and image quality.

• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles at all times.

• Communicate findings to radiologists and escalate urgent results promptly.

• Engage in performance tracking and contribute to metrics and KPIs for efficiency.

• Coordinate patient positioning, shielding, and workflows to optimize throughput.

• Maintain accurate patient records, exams, and imaging metadata in system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve imaging workflows and patient experience.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and facility policies.

• Proactively pursue professional development opportunities and share learnings with the team.

• Help in pipeline and territory planning for imaging services as per demand.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proficient radiographic procedures with adherence to ALARA principles.

• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Operate and calibrate radiology equipment to maintain image quality.

• Timely communication of findings to radiologists and escalate urgent results.

• Ensure regulatory, credentialing, and facility policy compliance.

• Track performance metrics and contribute to KPI reporting.
