Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Dental Art in Lansing, MI for an On Call Delivery Driver.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, days to be determined, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Learn delivery route(s) as assigned.
• Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned.
• Disinfect cases returned to lab.
• Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus.
• Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc.
• Clean work area (vehicle) daily.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Professional and neat in appearance.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Valid driver's license and able to maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than six (6) months of service.

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

• Additional materials or equipment, as required.
• Personal protective equipment, as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical stamina to drive for extended periods of time.
• Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach.
• Repeatedly getting in and out of an automobile multiple times a day.
• Ability to read required documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Vision capabilities, including depth perception, attention to detail, and color.
