Part-time or full-time: Full time

Shift times and shift length: 12hr eve shift 14:30- or 23:00, rotating eve, weekend, and holiday on call

Pay minimum: $24.06- max: $36.09 call pay is $7/hr and time and a half if called out

PM shift diff: $1.50

NOC shift diff: $2.25

Weekend diff: $1.25

Weekend requirement: yes, rotating

On-call requirement: yes, 5-6 call shifts per 6 week schedule, 30-45 mins to hospital; the 16 hour call shift is only Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning, 12 hours are Sunday call, 8 is weekday overnights, and the 4hr call is weekday evening

Holiday requirement: rotation

Any travel required (between more than 1 location): no

Desired start date: ASAP

Shift/weekend/on-call differentials: 12hr eve shift 11am-11:30pm, rotating eve, weekend, and holiday on call

General duties: scrub for general, ortho, robotic, GYN, urology, ENT, podiatry, neuro, eye, dental, reconstructive plastics, surgical oncology cases

Required qualifications: CST certification, will accept new grads
