Job Description Parsippany, NJ | 7 - 20 years of experience Responsibilities Design and architect enterprise‑scale AEM solutions, including Sites, Assets, Headless, and Hybrid implementations. Define component and template frameworks, content models, taxonomies, and content structures. Plan and implement workflows, multi‑site management (MSM), localization, and multi‑site strategies. Architect Dispatcher, caching strategies, and performance tuning for scalability. Lead best practices for AEMaaCS, cloud readiness, and platform modernization. Architect and configure CDN platforms such as Akamai, CloudFront, Cloudflare, and Fastly. Optimize edge caching, routing, image and media delivery, and implement Web Application Firewall (WAF) and bot mitigation. Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and resilience. Lead Frontend architecture using React, Angular, or Vue, and govern SPA and Micro‑Frontend patterns. Integrate Frontend applications with AEM via SPA Editor and Headless APIs. Establish performance, accessibility, and UX best practices. Design and implement Backend‑for‑Frontend (BFF) layers using Node.js, Java, or Spring Boot. Integrate BFF services with AEM Headless APIs (GraphQL, REST, Sling Models). Define API contracts, orchestration patterns, and scalability strategies. Architect integrations with CRM and commerce platforms, identity and access management systems, analytics, and marketing cloud platforms. Provide architectural leadership across delivery teams, lead design reviews, and make technical decisions. Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide root cause analysis. Mentor developers and architects and uplift engineering maturity. Work in Agile delivery models, partnering with Product, QA, and DevOps teams. Serve as a trusted technical advisor for US customers and stakeholders. Required Experience and Skills 14–20 years overall experience. 7–10 years with AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service. Expert knowledge of Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL. Strong experience in CDN and edge architectures. Deep familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and SPA patterns. Proficiency in BFF and API‑driven architectures. Experience with security, authentication, and authorization. Preferred Qualifications Adobe certifications (AEM Architect or Developer) or equivalent. Hands‑on experience with AEMaaCS migrations. Design of multi‑brand, multi‑region, and multi‑language platform architectures. Experience with Dynamic Media, image and video optimization. Integration of personalization and analytics (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics). Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
