Deadline: Not specified Fees: None Description: talisman is seeking a highly accomplished General Counsel to lead all legal functions across its distributed energy and infrastructure platform (supporting solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure, and microgrid solutions). The role involves defining legal strategy, negotiating major commercial agreements, structuring project financing (including tax equity), and overseeing corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the company's legal strategy aligned with growth and capital markets. Negotiate major commercial agreements, offtake agreements, and EPC contracts. Lead legal structuring and execution of debt, tax equity, and project financing transactions. Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
