Senior Health & Benefits Strategy & Growth Leader
Mercer
Mercer is expanding its Health & Benefits practice and seeks a Sr. Principal Lead Health & Benefits Consultant to help drive growth in the Northeast. The role partners with large employer clients and negotiates with carriers across medical, dental, life and disability programs.
You will own revenue for assigned accounts, shape Mercer's H&B offerings, and lead strategic engagements with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid setup requiring three in‑office days per week.
