The Opportunity Assistant Project Manager: Support multiple projects and PMs across all phases of construction Ideal for a candidate with a strong organizational mindset and interest in growing into a full PM role What You'll Be Doing Prepare contract documentation, including subcontract agreements, change orders, and material purchase orders for PM review Enter and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation in project management software Compile monthly invoices and review customer billing requirements per contract Maintain project file integrity and manage site-specific badging/access requirements Prepare for, support, and document weekly project meetings Support Project Managers with day-to-day duties as needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) Experience with Federal Government or large institutional construction contracts strongly preferred Ability to support multiple projects and multiple project managers simultaneously Proficient with spreadsheets and project management software Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize Strong written, oral, and digital communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Why This Role Join a team known for professionalism, collaboration, and supporting career growth Work across diverse, high-profile construction projects Gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from documentation to closeout We're moving quickly to fill this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
