Lab Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lab Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced production and quality-focused environment. This role requires strong computer skills and the ability to support both administrative and operational lab tasks.

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL Pay Rate: $20 Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general laboratory support and administrative duties
• Input, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems
• Use Microsoft Outlook for daily communication and coordination
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and file organization
• Support team members with general lab and operational tasks as needed
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a lab, warehouse, or clerk
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
