HBM IO Architecture Lead — Principal Engineer

In this role, you will lead multi-generation IO initiatives, defining and owning HBM IO and data path architecture, as well as architecting high-speed circuits for best-in-class performance. Successful candidates will need a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in memory or high-speed IO design.
