Warehouse Order Fulfillment Worker Level IIA Warehouse Order Fulfillment Worker Level II is responsible for reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery.Supervisory Responsibilities: Not Applicable for this positionDuties/Responsibilities:Works inside and outside of the cooler picking ordersResponsible for collecting inventory picks from supervisor and returning them when completeResponsible for calculating what items will go on which pallet in order to determine a final countMust pick items according to expiration date, bin code, and quantityResponsible for efficiently picking orders to ensure it is complete in a timely mannerMust report any order discrepancies to supervisors such as date changes, pallet count changes, etc.Responsible for using operating equipment such as pallet jacksResponsible for ensuring pallets are in appropriate height and weightResponsible for ensuring all pallets are properly shrink-wrappedResponsible for performing other warehouse duties as necessaryAdditional Duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Adequate math skillsStrong listening skillsUnderstand basic EnglishBilingual: Spanish/English is a plusEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred +1 year experiencePhysical Requirements :Must be able to lift 50lbsAbility to work in cold environment (38 degrees Fahrenheit)Ability to work an electric pallet jackLifeway Foods, Inc is a growing Chicago-based beverage manufacturer with 40 years of experience.
