Overview
MRI Technologist – Radiology for a travel assignment in Berlin, Vermont. Start date: 09/03/2026. Duration: 4 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,729 to $2,852. Shift: 4x10-hour days. Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting. This assignment requires flexibility with a day-oriented schedule and on-call coverage, including occasional weekend rotations, with potential floating within radiology.

- Setting: 100-bed community hospital in Berlin, VT
- On-call and weekend rotation: one night per week (10:00 pm–6:00 am) and every 4th or 5th weekend
- Float within radiology units (including fluoroscopy and OR) as needed
- Required Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations and associated radiographic imaging per physician orders
- Operate MRI equipment and related imaging modalities; assist with fluoroscopy and OR imaging as required
- Administer contrast injections and monitor patient response, following established safety protocols
- Position patients, select imaging protocols, and optimize image quality to minimize repeats
- Document procedures and findings in the Epic EMR; ensure accurate, timely patient records
- Maintain radiation safety and infection control standards; report equipment issues and perform basic equipment checks
- Collaborate with radiology staff, physicians, and ancillary teams; float to other radiology areas as assigned
- Participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled

Requirements
- ARRT MRI Certification (active)
- Minimum 2 years of MRI and radiology experience
- Teaching facility experience required
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- License on file at submission; able to start within the next week
- Ability to work in a hospital radiology department with the flexibility to float to related areas
- Willingness to participate in on-call (nights) and weekend rotations
