Resident Assistant/Caregiver

Our Buhl Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Part-time Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Part time PM shifts available - set block schedules Additional shift differential of $1.00 for PM shifts and $1.50 for Overnights

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided Assist adults with activities of daily living, pass medications (training provided by RN) Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills Pass basic written competency and skills test Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study
