About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Business Architecture and Process Improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the Center of Excellence, ensuring the team adheres to business analysis and industry best practices. This role requires a leader who is adept at mentoring business analysts, staying abreast of current and future trends, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The AVP will also be involved in enhancing the team's overall maturity and creating a true Center of Excellence. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a business analyst, product manager, business architect, or similar role. A strong background in managing a team, particularly in engagement staffing, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a software development environment, be familiar with various development methodologies, and possess knowledge of business process improvement and business architecture principles. Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or similar are preferred. The role also requires a moderate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in tools like Jira, VersionOne, and SQL being a plus.
