Automotive Service Appointment CoordinatorSam Galloway Ford-Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team! Our automotive service team is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive and enjoyable experience. The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing service appointments for customers at our dealership. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The Appointment Coordinator also contacts customers concerning recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service, as well as performs various administrative duties.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordPrevious administrative experience strongly preferredPrevious dealership experience a plusMust be able to work a flexible schedule including SaturdaysMust be organized, customer service oriented, and a great team playerExperience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plusExperience with My Karma is a plusVaried schedule between Monday-Saturday from 7am-6pm (no Sundays)Sam Galloway Ford Lincoln has been a family-owned and operated Dealership in Fort Myers, FL for almost 100 years.
