The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud services, network architecture, development infrastructure, Linux system administration, information security, and government policies. This role requires the ability to ensure our infrastructure is secure, compliant, and efficient.Responsibilities:TS/SCI with Poly ClearanceCloud Infrastructure Management:Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions (AWS)Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of cloud servicesDevelop and maintain cloud governance policies and best practicesExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Solid understanding of Automated Infrastructure configuration managementNetwork Architecture Expert:Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN)Proven experience with infrastructure troubleshooting, to include direct interactions with network devices as well as through service providersProven experience in the design, implementation, procurement, tradecraft, or maintenance of various layers of network infrastructureMonitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they ariseWork with external COMMs teams as needed to resolve issuesHyperconverged Infrastructure:Understanding of “cloud-in-a-box” hardware solutionsExperience with Nutanix or something similarComfortable with hardware deployments and troubleshootingUnderstanding of architecting for DDIL scenariosDevelopment Infrastructure:Help maintain infrastructure for development team in multiple environmentsWork with DevSecOps teams to ensure environment supports CI/CD needsStrong understanding of automated infrastructure processes and configuration management using tools like Ansible or PuppetInformation Security:Understanding of cross-security domain policiesWork with security team to ensure security priorities are being met while maintaining support to programGovernment Policies and Compliance:Stay updated on government policies related to IT and data securityLinux System Administration:Oversee System Administration of environmentRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and development environments.Proven experience with Linux system administration.Strong background in information security and compliance with government policies.Ability to communicate, prioritize, and lead an infrastructure teamAbility to work with external organizations to coordinate technical effortsAbility to work with variety of government stakeholdersProficiency in cloud platformsStrong knowledge of network protocols and security (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git)Certifications: Certifications in cloud services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional) are highly desirable.Certifications in information security (CISSP, or Security+) requiredPreferred:Experience working in a government or highly regulated industryKnowledge of DevOps practices and methodologiesExperience with hyperconverged infrastructure solutions such as Nutanix-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
