BARTENDER mb r Seattle (Main Bar & Satellite Bar Positions) Amber is a wood-fire restaurant and bar in Belltown with three distinct bar programs opening June 2026. We are hiring bartenders for our main bar (high-volume, full cocktail program) and two satellite bars (more intimate, independently operated). THE ROLE You execute our cocktail program, build regulars, and own your bar like a host. We have a full spirits program, a curated wine list, and NA cocktails worth ordering. Speed, knowledge, and warmth in equal measure. YOU 2+ years bartending in a cocktail-forward or full-service setting Can speak to spirits (mezcal, amaro, gin, bourbon) without being prompted Fast enough for Friday night, precise enough that quality never drops Must be 21+ How to Apply Ready to be part of something new? Responsibilities Execute all cocktail, wine, NA, and beer service with precision and speed Build and maintain guest relationships, know your regulars Manage bar mise en place, inventory, waste, and cleanliness Run satellite bar programs independently (satellite bar positions) Support FOH service tickets without losing bar guest pacing Train bar backs and model bar culture Must-Have 2+ years bartending at a cocktail-forward bar or full-service restaurant Deep spirits knowledge – can speak to mezcal, bourbon, gin, amaro without prompting Speed without sloppiness: can run 4+ ticket cocktails without losing quality Basic wine vocabulary and pairing instinct 21+, valid MAST permit Nice to Have Experience building seasonal cocktail menus Natural wine familiarity USBG membership or spirits certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
