About the Role:

SHANTINATH HIE LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA! This is your opportunity to be the face of our hotel, creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using hotel property management systems (PMS)
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate billing records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide local area recommendations and assist guests with transportation, dining, and activity arrangements
• Maintain front desk organization and adhere to hotel security and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) or willingness to learn
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented demeanor
