What We Are Seeking Clouse Insurance Agency is seeking a part-time experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. This role will reward someone who is organized, conscientious, detail-oriented, has a strong sense of pride in their work, and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities Utilize Applied Epic (AMS) to maintain accurate records and ensure all client requests, policy changes, and service activities are processed efficiently and in compliance with agency standards. Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and client-facing documents. Provide submission and marketing support by gathering underwriting information, preparing applications, and coordinating with carrier partners. Obtain, review and document loss runs to support account servicing, renewals, and marketing efforts. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members. License: Property & Casualty (ANY state) Minimum of 4 years of Customer Service Representative experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency Experience with Applied Systems and EPIC agency management system Preferred Skills Associate Degree, Some College, No Degree Personal Lines experience is a PLUS Management System: CSR24, Carrier Rating Systems and PaperPort #J-18808-Ljbffr
