Your role as a On Premise Account ManagerAs a Full-Time On Premise Account Manager at Viking Coca Cola, you'll play a crucial role in protecting and expanding our On-Premise Market to its maximum potential. This exciting position involves not just soliciting new accounts but also nurturing existing ones, ensuring all client needs are met and sales leads are diligently followed up on. You'll strategically place On-Premise equipment in both established and new accounts, collaborating with our sales force to maximize profitability. Your insights will inform our Tele-Sell Representatives and Route Sales Reps, as you develop and implement innovative programs aimed at expanding market presence. With the opportunity to conduct training sessions and manage incentive programs, you’ll be integral in enhancing the skills of your team.

What you need to be successfulTo thrive as a Full-Time On Premise Account Manager at Viking Coca Cola, candidates must bring a blend of experience and essential skills to the table. A minimum of 3-5 years in developing marketing strategies is preferred, showcasing a strong understanding of the beverage industry and its products. Excellent oral communication skills are vital, enabling the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and engage effectively with customers and team members. Strong writing skills are necessary for preparing proposals and managing paperwork with precision.
Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organization skills to manage time effectively and execute responsibilities seamlessly. Proficiency in advanced trade math functions and basic computer skills is crucial for analyzing data and making informed decisions. Additionally, a working knowledge of routing structures and a valid class D driver's license, with a clean Motor Vehicle Check, are required. Your problem-solving abilities will be central to driving success in this dynamic role.
