divh2Driver/Certified Nurse Aide (PT/PRN) Crestview Court/h2pSkilled Nursing at Crestview Court - Cedar Hill, TX 75104/ph3Overview/h3pPosition Type: Part Time Category: Leadership Support Services/ph3Description/h3pThe overall purpose of the Van Driver position is to transport Center Residents to prearranged physician and/or dialysis appointments and/or to transport Residents on scheduled outings arranged by the Center./ph3Qualifications/h3pQualifications:/pulliHave a valid Texas Drivers License/liliPass inquiry from DMV of driving record/liliMust have no outstanding criminal/civil citations/liliMust be a Certified Nursing Assistant/liliMust have a current CPR Training Card/liliAbility to read, write and speak the English language/li/ulpEssential Functions:/pulliMust successfully complete Competency Training Checklist./liliMust always maintain within the vehicle, documents required for operation.
