Scrum Master

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Miami Lakes, FL. Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master will lead multiple Agile teams through the full software development lifecycle using Scrum and other Agile frameworks
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- As a Scrum Master, you will partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog
- Track and report on team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to drive transparency and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong project management experience, preferably in a technical or software development environment
- Someone that understands Utility/has experience working in meter to cash process
- Someone that has a background in billing
