Our client is seeking a Product Owner with strong experience in data, ETL processes, and the mortgage domain to lead product delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration within a data-driven environment. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Define and prioritize product backlog aligned with business and data strategies
Gather requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering, data, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
Drive roadmap planning, sprint execution, and agile ceremonies
Monitor product performance and iterate based on data insights and feedback
Lead cross-functional coordination and ensure business validation of deliverables
Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing
Support continuous improvement across product and delivery processes Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Data Analyst
Strong experience within the mortgage industry (processes, data, regulatory context)
Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data analysis, and Informatica
Proven ability to drive end-to-end product delivery and backlog ownership
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, QA)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
