Training Specialist

Position Details Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Exempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ Responsibilities Develops and delivers training programs and materials. Coordinates training schedules and resources. Evaluates training effectiveness and recommends improvements. Supports workforce development initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of training development and delivery methods. Ability to design and implement training programs. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness. Organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Minimum/General Experience 3 to 5 years of related experience. Minimum Education BS/BA degree in Education, Training, or related field (or equivalent). Relocation is not available for these jobs. Must be able to successfully pass a background check, and pre-employment drug testing. Job offers are contingent upon results of background check and drug testing.
