Responsibilities This position requires a diverse skill set; to fill the primary needs, the incumbent must: Make Customers Happy: Keeps customer’s home clean and proactively takes measures to leave it in better condition than found. Get Work Done: Safely and efficiently performs installation duties. Collects payment from the customer when the job is completed. Completes installation at/or below the defined labor percentage. Proactively reviews job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and loads truck. Safety: Ensures that all aspects of work are being performed safely and calls out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
