The Company is in search of a Vice President of Property Management to spearhead the development and enhancement of its in-house property management platform. This executive will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate portfolio, with a focus on building the necessary infrastructure, processes, and leadership to support the company's growth. The successful candidate will be a highly visible leader, adept at creating scalable systems, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. A strategic, business-minded approach is essential, and while not mandatory, retail commercial real estate experience is preferred. The role demands a professional with a strong background in commercial property management, advanced Yardi experience, and a proven track record in executive leadership. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Property Management include partnering with the executive team to establish operational strategy, leading the property management function, and ensuring the execution of property operations, maintenance programs, and capital projects. The role also involves financial and operational performance oversight, lease administration, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years' of commercial property management experience, and a thorough understanding of commercial leases, budgeting, and financial reporting. They should be an executive leader with a collaborative, hands-on management style, a strategic thinker, and possess strong financial and analytical skills. Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership abilities are a must, as is a driver's license for potential travel to properties within the portfolio.
