About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Asset Management and Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, repositioning, and asset management of key properties within the portfolio, with a focus on equitable development and community impact. This role involves overseeing site development, design, and construction, as well as leading campus programming and tenant relationship management. The VP will also be involved in budget management, marketing, and stakeholder engagement, and will work closely with the SVP to ensure the successful execution of the organization's vision and strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in commercial real estate development, asset management, private equity, management consulting, urban planning, economic development, or related fields. The role requires a proven ability to develop and communicate strategic plans, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple interdepartmental relationships. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction oversight, property management, and a background in zoning and land use. New York City residency is also a requirement.
