Business Analyst / Project Manager Target Salary: $70K to $75K LOCATION: DLIFLC, 1759 Lewis Road, Monterey, CA 93944 Position Description Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes. Supports cross functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams. Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing. Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution. Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Maintains and updates all documentation requirements. Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders. Position Requirements Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation). Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity. Secondary Requirements Familiar with software or systems development lifecycles. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing requirements.
