This position is located in Auburndale, FL with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. A Day in the Life We’re looking for a proven leader to take on a high‑impact role as Regional Director, Southeast . This is not a maintenance role, it is a build, lead, and elevate opportunity. You will have approximately five direct reports and will lead a multi‑state operation, shape strategy, and build high‑performing teams that deliver results. You will partner directly with the Vice President of the East and play a visible role in driving growth, performance, and customer experience across the region. What You’ll Do Lead the Southeast region across five branches: Auburndale FL, Miami FL, Arcade GA, Moss Point MS, and Manchester TN Own regional performance, delivering against revenue, profitability, and growth targets Build and lead high‑performing, highly engaged teams across sales, operations, and production Set the tone for a results‑driven, people‑first culture Coach and develop leaders to elevate performance and succession strength Partner on and execute the Division’s long‑term strategic plan Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and practical process enhancements Develop and manage operating plans, forecasts, and budgets Actively monitor performance and take decisive action to improve results Build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors Optimize rental fleet utilization through smart purchasing and sales decisions Perform other duties as assigned Leverage Data and AI to Lead Smarter Use data and AI‑enabled tools to improve forecasting, visibility, and decision‑making Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and increase team productivity Lead adoption of practical technology that enhances how we operate and serve customers Stay curious and forward‑thinking, continuously improving how the business runs What Sets You Apart You don’t just manage, you build and elevate teams You are financially sharp and know how to turn strategy into results You move fast, make high‑quality decisions, and own outcomes Balance accountability and empathy to drive performance You embrace change, technology, and better ways of working Must Haves 8+ years of sales and/or operations leadership experience Proven ability to lead multi‑site teams and deliver strong financial performance Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets and key metrics Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills A track record of building engaged, high‑performing teams Comfort using data to guide decisions; openness to learning and applying AI tools Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment High integrity and trust‑based leadership styleWillingness to travel approximately 35% Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree Experience in modular, construction, or related industries Exposure to data analytics or AI‑driven tools to improve business performance Perks It’s a great place to work where you are given the space to share ideas and opinions and the bottom‑line is “YOU” matter!
