Service Desk Technician

Via Logic LLC

Leidos is seeking an experienced SMIT Service Desk technician to join our Norfolk, VA team. You will resolve Tier I and II hardware, software, and network issues for end users, guiding them through steps and escalating when needed. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, PowerShell proficiency, and prior NMCI/SIPR exposure.
