Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join The Dermatology Center of Worcester, our growing practice serving Worcester, MA and the surrounding Central Massachusetts community.

• Growing practice in Worcester, MA, recently expanded as part of Integrated Dermatology, a leading national dermatology group.

• Newly built clinical team, including physicians and an experienced Nurse Practitioner, with additional providers coming on board this year.

• Comprehensive practice offering medical dermatology care for acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, and skin cancer, along with cosmetic services such as Botox, microneedling, and microdermabrasion.

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, and skin cancer.

• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.

• Collaborate closely with the practice's physicians and fellow Advanced Practice Providers.

• Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Active PA-C licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).

• Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.

• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for skin health.

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Compensation Information:
$125000.00 / Annually - $225000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $125,000–$225,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, patient volume, procedures performed, and other job-related factors. The compensation plan includes uncapped productivity incentives, providing the opportunity for earnings above the stated range.
