What You'll Do

**

✅

Perform hardness testing on products and materials

✅

Accurately record and maintain test results and inspection data

✅

Perform calibration of all testing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance

✅

Schedule and coordinate quality audits

✅

Review products for compliance with quality specifications+

✅

Identify and report quality concerns or defects

✅

Maintain inspection and calibration records

✅

Follow company quality procedures and safety standards

**

Physical Requirements

**

✔

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

✔

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds as needed

✔

Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping

✔

Manual dexterity to operate testing and calibration equipment

✔

Ability to perform detailed inspections and record data accurately

✔

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

**

Environmental Requirements

**

✔

Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment

✔

Exposure to production equipment and machinery

✔

May experience varying temperatures depending on facility conditions

✔

Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

✔

Ability to work around moving equipment and production processes
