Position Summary

As a Spa Concierge, you are the face of Woodhouse Spa and the first and last impression for every guest. You will create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing warm, personalized service throughout each visit.
• Welcome guests, provide spa tours, explain amenities, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, recommend spa services, and process guest payments.
• Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and remembering the thoughtful details that make each visit memorable.
• Support therapists by scheduling follow-up appointments and recommending retail products that complement guest services.
• Educate guests on Woodhouse services, treatments, memberships, promotions, and retail offerings.
• Partner with the Spa Manager and team to maintain smooth daily operations and uphold Woodhouse brand standards.
• Assist in achieving spa service and retail sales goals through exceptional guest education and service.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, retail, or spa operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to remain professional and adaptable while managing changing priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with reservation or scheduling systems preferred.
• Cash handling and basic accounting experience is a plus.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Schedule

• Day and evening shifts available.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Flexibility to work some holidays as needed.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the spa for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
