Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the car wash location, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
• Lead and motivate staff, providing training and support to foster a high-performance team
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure the facility remains spotless and safe for customers and employees
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and inventory supplies to meet operational demands
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health regulations to maintain a secure environment
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues promptly, and promote positive customer experiences
• Monitor financial performance by tracking sales, controlling costs, and implementing process improvements

Skills

• Proven supervising or management experience in a service or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
• Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation
• Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous
