Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Advocate I will respond to inquiries from members and their dependents, hospitals, and providers while working remotely in the Kansas City area. Key responsibilities Respond to a variety of inquiries through phone, letters, or in-person interactions while maintaining a high level of customer service Research and resolve membership issues by interpreting contracts and utilizing claims data and membership records Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or GED 2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience Advanced keyboarding skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
