Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.

Thoroughly analyze results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.

Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, guide new staff or students, and sustain lab quality standards.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) will need to be obtained within one year of hire.

Maintain active certification during employment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve problems in fast-paced or high-pressure scenarios.

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation processes.
