Robotic Welder – Springfield, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Robotic Welders to join a growing metal fabrication team. In this role, you will operate robotic welding equipment to produce quality metal components used across a variety of industries. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal parts into robotic welding machines
- Start, monitor, and operate robotic welding equipment throughout production
- Inspect completed parts for weld quality and dimensional accuracy
- Perform basic measurements using gauges and measuring tools
- Remove slag or excess material as needed
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Meet daily production and quality goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Robotic welding or welding experience is a plus, but training may be provided
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
