Remote Patient Services Representative (PSR)

The Remote Patient Services Representative (PSR) provides centralized administrative support to four primary care practices, helping improve patient access, communication, and panel management through standardized workflows and outreach activities. This position plays a key role in supporting providers, care teams, and office operations by completing patient follow-up activities, managing record requests, and assisting with data maintenance and workflow development.

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up reports for all supported practices.
• Complete outreach and scheduling support for non-urgent follow-up needs.
• Complete outside record requests utilizing established workflows
• Conduct initial patient outreach efforts to support panel clean-up initiatives.
• Assist with patient attribution validation.
• Support development and refinement of panel management workflows.
• Add and attach tickets to future patient visits as needed to support care team workflows and visit preparation.

Future Growth Opportunities As workflows become established and time allows, additional responsibilities may be added, including:

• Quality improvement project support.
• Additional patient outreach campaigns.
• Work queue maintenance and optimization.
• Administrative support of practice operations projects.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
