The Opportunity

This is a chance to build and own the sales operations function for a global aerospace and defense organization — not just maintain a process someone else designed. You'll select and deploy the sales automation tools, define the KPIs, and shape how the sales team forecasts and performs. If you want influence over how a sales organization actually runs, this role gives you that seat.

Compensation is $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus strong benefits and a generous 401(k).

What Your Week Looks Like

• Reviewing pipeline health and refining sales forecasts
• Digging into sales data and trends to sharpen KPIs and processes
• Managing and optimizing CRM and sales automation tools
• Coordinating with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Pre-Sales on cross-functional alignment
• Handling government administrative and compliance requirements tied to the business
• Partnering with the sales team on campaign design and execution
• Onboarding new sales reps on CRM systems and sales process

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales operations experience, ideally within global high-tech or aerospace/defense
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with sales automation platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including Excel, Tableau, or SQL
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen
• A detail-oriented, data-driven approach, comfortable working independently or cross-functionally
