Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments for residents to identify functional needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, ADLs, cognition, and engagement in meaningful daily activities.
- Deliver direct patient care, lead therapeutic sessions, and document progress in the chart system.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, PT, and other therapy disciplines to coordinate care.
- Reassess plans regularly, modify interventions as needed, and contribute to discharge planning and care transitions.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and facility policies while preserving resident confidentiality and dignity.

Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license in Washington state (in good standing)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Prior experience in geriatric rehabilitation or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work across a shared assignment model, covering multiple locations as needed
- Strong clinical documentation skills and teamwork orientation
