Business Development
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in React Js and will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development processes and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Utilize technical expertise in React Js to support business development initiatives and client engagements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase the companys capabilities and offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or a related role.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in React Js and its applications.
- Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Show proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Have a proven track record of achieving business development targets.
