Director Surgical Services
Immediate need for a talented Director Surgical Services. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Fort Pierce, FL (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Pay Range: $157,705 – $197,163/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead surgical services operations, ensuring quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Drive patient throughput and efficiency while enhancing quality outcomes
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and policies
- Spearhead patient experience initiatives and performance improvement
- Coach, develop, and retain clinical staff to foster a high-performance culture
- Ensure appropriate staffing, equipment maintenance, and operational standards
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- BSN required
- Recent Surgical Services Director experience required
- Master's Degree preferred
