Oracle Health - Solutions Advisor

Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Position Overview Emerging Tech is seeking multiple Solutions Advisors to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. We are hiring across multiple specialties, and each role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of the VA’s transition to Oracle Health/Cerner. Solutions Advisors serve as subject matter experts, providing technical and functional guidance, supporting solution design, facilitating knowledge transfer, and driving integration across clinical and business operations. Disciplines Ambulatory/PEVH Solution Advisor – expertise in Cerner Referral Management and Community Care configuration. Charge Services Solution Advisor – subject matter expert in Cerner Charge Services. Integration Architect – responsible for managing IT-related projects, ensuring system integration, and supporting implementation of EHR systems. General Solution Advisor – broad support across workflow optimization, testing, ticket management, and Oracle Health integration. Key Responsibilities Provide Cerner/Oracle Health expertise to VA stakeholders at the national, VISN, and local levels. Translate functional requirements into system design and workflow solutions. Support solution management, ticket resolution, and design reviews. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and system testing activities. Collaborate with VA and Oracle Health teams to optimize EHR solutions. Qualifications 5–10 years of professional work experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or systems integration (varies by specialty). Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field (additional years of experience may substitute). Expertise in one or more Cerner/Oracle Health solution areas. Strong problem-solving and communication skills; proven ability to work independently. Prior VA/EHR implementation experience preferred.
