What You'll Do
Schedule Monday - Thursday (4 pm - 2:30 am) Compensation : $26 - $30 per hour based on experience
*Range includes $2.00 per hour 2nd shift differential.
The pay range for this role is: 26 - 30 USD per hour (Paynesville, MN)

What You'll Do
- Load parts into robotic welding fixtures and secure them properly.
- Start and monitor robotic welding programs.
- Inspect welded parts for quality and consistency.
- Make minor robot program adjustments such as touch-ups or position edits.
- Perform light touch-up welding when needed.
- Set weld parameters such as voltage and wire speed.
- Maintain robotic welding cells and keep equipment organized and efficient.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years welding experience OR welding technical school training
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers and production software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to learn robotic welding systems
