Director, Marketing, PDAC

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Marketing for PDAC to develop and execute marketing strategies for RAS(ON) inhibitor programs in anticipation of pancreatic cancer launches. This remote role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and collaborates across commercial, clinical, and market access teams to drive brand strategy and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic and promotional plans aligned with brand and portfolio strategy
Create promotional materials for multiple customer segments across diverse channels
Lead cross-functional workstreams supporting launch readiness and product lifecycle management
Partner with analytics teams to measure marketing effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments
Oversee agency relationships, workflows, and marketing budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Oncology marketing experience with healthcare customer expertise
Strategic and promotional planning capabilities
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Regulatory and compliance knowledge in pharmaceutical marketing
Agency management and budget oversight experience
