The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing and analytical skills. A key element of this role is SEO research, analysis and performance benchmarking. Project management skills will serve you well in tracking and executing our various strategies which include content marketing strategies and SEO Campaigns to drive non-brand SEO traffic. You will manage a SEO Agile development process, via Jira. This role will be highly cross functional and engage with various business units, Analytics, UX, Creative Services, Web Production, Marketing Technology, and QA teams. You will also work with external agencies who are part of the larger team.ResponsibilitiesPerforming Keyword & User intent researchIdentifying traffic opportunities that exhibit suitable audience fit to our productsIdentifying gaps in our existing content marketing landscapeDeveloping backlink marketing strategies to assist in garnering organic visibility to our content.Communicate SEO performance and initiative status to stakeholders in business reviewsPerform competitor content strategy analysisNegotiating backlinks and promotion of useful content across the webOptimizing copy and landing pages for SEO opportunityMonitoring websites and user analysisPerforming and managing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimizationTracking work via Agile development process, in JiraRequirements3+ years of experience in SEO at a large organizationDeep knowledge of Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search ConsoleFamiliarity with SEO platforms such as SearchMetrics, SEMRush, Brightedge or ConductorStrong analytical ability and attention to detail and high quality outputProject management experience, with proven ability to drive resultsAbility to work independentlyAbility to motivate other cross-functional teams, who share responsibility of project outcomesExperience with Project Management in the Agile development processFamiliarity w/ Jira or similar project management softwareAnalytical and data-driven work styleAbility to respond positively to peer and customer feedbackAbility to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and in writing)Familiarity with Google Workspace productivity tools.
