Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished goods prior to packing to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Inspect products as they are produced, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Follow daily production schedules and actively work to meet set targets.
• Partner with machine operators and team leads to optimize uptime on production lines.
• Deliver exceptional service by meeting customer expectations for on-time deliveries.
• Adhere to all company procedures related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation requirements.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management to support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an industrial or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic understanding of GMP and safety protocols in a production environment is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
