Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
- Solve process and equipment problems, document root causes, and implement preventive solutions
- Identify and recommend improvements to reduce process variation, waste, and downtime
- Investigate work-in-process issues using Lean Manufacturing and other problem-solving methodologies
- Assist transferring new products from development to production with smooth implementation
- Mentor and train production personnel on manufacturing processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer science, or related technical field
- 5+ years experience in process, product, manufacturing, or quality engineering
- Hands-on manufacturing experience with polymeric materials like membranes, films, or fibers
- Proficiency in analytical and statistical methods with continuous improvement background
- Program and project management experience with leadership capability
