Black Earth Lanes is committed to providing a fun, unique, retro bowling experience for all customers. We seek to provide an exceptional experience for everyone who comes in our doors through our outstanding customer service practices. We believe that our environmentally sustainable practices, local and clean label food, and our awesome, extensive beverage selection help us stand above the average restaurant/bowling experience.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in their work, and wants to become a great bartender. Over the next year, we're taking our bar to the next level. We want to expand our craft cocktail menu, create an experience people come back for, and build a bar our community is proud of. If you've ever wanted to learn the art behind great cocktails, we'll teach you. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility. Our long-term goal is to have someone who can confidently lead the bar so we can focus on growing other parts of our business.

One thing that's important to us... We expect our bartenders to stay professional while they're working. Our customers trust us to provide a fun, safe atmosphere, and that starts with our staff. If you're behind the bar, you're there to take care of the guestsnot to party with them. Bartending experience is great, but it's not required. We'd rather hire someone with a great attitude who's excited to learn than someone who thinks they already know everything.
