• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Onsite

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, PODs)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of logistics documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and customers on shipment status and issues
• Track shipments and resolve discrepancies or delivery exceptions
• Process and verify logistics-related invoices
• Support billing, payment discrepancies, and claims resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• ERP/WMS experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
